NC Back-To-Work Program

The NC Back-to-Work

initiative is a retraining program to prepare North Carolinians facing long-term unemployment for new careers. This program provides students with job training and retraining in technical education areas; employability skills; including the NC Career Readiness Certificate; and third-party; industry-recognized credentials. This program is made possible by state funds for the period of July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013.
