Lee Lloyd
Lee Lloyd is Partner and Special Counsel at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP. With a unique background in business law, investment banking, accounting and finance, Lee’s practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, entrepreneurial business development and general corporate law.
Lee has served in volunteer leadership roles with the United Way of Greater Greensboro, the Greensboro Partnership, Action Greensboro, the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro and the Piedmont Triad Entrepreneurial Network.
Lee is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a BSBA (1982) and a JD with Honors (1986) from the UNC School of Law.
