Ronald Lawrence is the Vice President of Organization Development for VF Corporation. Ron joined VF in 2006, and his responsibilities encompass the identification, acquisition and development of executive and leadership talent across this global organization. His career includes work in both operations and HR roles for AT&T Communications, multiple healthcare companies including Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, & Capital One Financial Services. Ron’s education includes a B.A. in Communications from the University of Cincinnati, a Masters in Human Resources from Xavier University, and a Masters in Organizational Systems from Fielding University where he is finishing his doctorate. Ron is an avid fitness enthusiast with hobbies in music and the arts. He resides in Greensboro with his wife Kimberly and their family.
